Feedback

We welcome feedback and opinions at any time from our clients or their families and operate an open door approach so that people can let us know what they think.  We use this feedback to make improvements where needed and shape the business.

Survey

We survey clients annually and in our latest survey 97% of our clients told us that they were fully satisfied/satisfied with the service we provided.  The responses we receive ensure that our working practices are consistently first-rate and that our policies and procedures reflect exactly what you can expect and deserve from the entire Homestead Care team.

An overwhelming number of clients provided additional comments and also reported that their home carers were courteous, cheerful, good listeners, respectful of their privacy and good at maintaining confidentiality.

98% of our clients have told us that the help they receive enables them to remain as independent as they can, which makes us truly proud.
