SCIE provide a wealth of learning resources on their site. Their mission is to improve the lives of people who use care services by sharing knowledge about what works. The CQC are the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They regulate care provided by the NHS, local authorities, private care providers, and voluntary organisations. Citizens Advice Bureau

Citizens Advice Bureaux offer free, confidential, impartial and independent advice from over 3,500 locations.  These include high streets, community centres, doctors’ surgeries, courts and prisons.  Advice is available face-to-face and by phone.  Most of their bureaux offer home visits and some also provide email advice. www.citizensadvice.org.uk
